These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KnightPixel, operated by TriniTech Labs ("we", "our", or "us"), based in India. By accessing or using KnightPixel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
KnightPixel is a market data and research platform, and trade-automation platform covering Nifty 50 (NSE) and Sensex (BSE) indices and their derivatives. The platform provides:
KnightPixel is not itself a stock broker, and does not hold, custody, or have access to your funds or securities at any point — see Section 5. Strategy signals and Nova's automated entries/exits are not investment advice or a recommendation to trade; see Section 8.
TriniTech Labs and KnightPixel are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser (IA) under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013; a Research Analyst (RA) under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014; a stock broker or trading member; a depository participant; a portfolio manager; or any other SEBI-regulated intermediary.
Content on KnightPixel is not a SEBI-compliant research report and must not be relied upon as such. Nova's automated order placement does not convert KnightPixel into a broker or intermediary — every order Nova places is submitted directly to your own broker's API, under your own broker credentials and your own authority, exactly as if you had placed it yourself. Settlement, margin, and custody of funds and securities remain entirely between you and your broker.
SEBI maintains a regulatory framework governing algorithmic and API-based order placement by retail investors, including requirements that may apply to how such orders are tagged, authorised, and executed through your broker. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Nova complies with your broker's own algo-trading policies and with applicable SEBI regulations and exchange rules in force at the time you trade. If you are unsure whether your intended use is compliant, consult your broker or a qualified professional before enabling Nova.
You are solely responsible for complying with applicable Indian laws, exchange rules, and tax obligations relating to your own trading or investment activity.
You must be at least 18 years old to use KnightPixel. By using the service, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Access to KnightPixel is granted by application. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Platform administrators can, for support and troubleshooting purposes, view and act on your behalf within the platform (including your Nova broker connection and lot-size settings) using an audited impersonation function. Every such session is logged. Administrators never see your broker password or API secret in plain text through this function beyond what is already stored to operate Nova on your behalf (see Section 5).
To use Nova, you connect your own account with a supported broker (currently Dhan, Zerodha, or Angel One) by providing that broker's own API credentials (which may include an access token, API key, or — for TOTP-based brokers — a PIN and TOTP secret). By connecting a broker:
You may disconnect your broker or turn off your personal kill switch at any time; disconnecting stops new orders but does not automatically close positions already open at your broker — you remain responsible for managing those positions, including through Nova's manual close controls or directly with your broker.
KnightPixel does not, at any point, take custody of your funds or securities. All execution, settlement, and margin obligations occur directly between you and your broker under your existing agreement with them.
Where fees apply, they are communicated separately at or after account activation. Any subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation rules will be provided in writing or in-product. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice where permitted by law.

KnightPixel provides market data displays and research tools, and automated order-placement infrastructure. We are not a registered investment adviser, research analyst, broker-dealer, or portfolio manager under Indian or foreign law. Nothing on the platform — including Nova's strategy signals or the fact that a signal was automatically acted upon — constitutes investment advice, a research recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, commodity, derivative, or financial instrument. Enabling Nova to act automatically on a signal does not change that signal's status: it remains an unadvised, unrecommended input you have chosen to act on via your own configuration.
Andromeda's simulated logs, shadow-mode outputs, and backtested baselines are hypothetical or historical illustrations only. They do not represent actual trading results and are not guarantees of future performance, including for real trades subsequently placed by Nova. Trading and investing in securities and derivatives involve substantial risk, including loss of capital.
Nova places real orders without manual per-trade confirmation. You acknowledge and accept that automated order placement carries risks beyond those of manual trading, including but not limited to:
You are solely responsible for monitoring your connected broker account and for any losses arising from automated order placement, including the risks listed above.
Market data displayed on KnightPixel may be delayed and is provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We make no guarantee that the service — including Nova's automated order placement — will be available at all times. Planned and unplanned downtime may occur.
We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on data displayed on the platform or from service interruptions, or from Nova's inability to place or close an order during downtime.
All content, design, code, and branding on KnightPixel is the property of TriniTech Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnightPixel and TriniTech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or trading losses — whether arising from manual use of the platform or from Nova's automated order placement, order failures, execution delays, or broker-side errors — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KnightPixel and TriniTech Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or your broker's policies, or any trade placed by Nova on your connected broker account.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Terminating your account does not automatically close positions open at your broker.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or data protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
